Stellar Engine

2024 - Present

TerraformGoogle CloudIAMNIST 800-53IaC

Cut ATO, CMMC, and other compliance authorization timelines dramatically for federal, state/local, and commercial customers deploying on Google Cloud.

Getting a cloud environment authorized to operate normally consumes months of manual work — control-by-control reviews, one-off IAM configuration, and security hardening done by hand. Stellar Engine packages that groundwork into Infrastructure-as-Code patterns aligned to NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and IL5 controls, so granular IAM configuration, service account structure, and cloud security best practices are baked into the deployment itself.

I led the architecture and rollout, working across dozens of public sector and commercial deployments to turn a traditionally bespoke, months-long authorization process into something repeatable. This also includes the Gemini for Government effort — I wrote a large part of the Gemini Enterprise solution accelerator blueprint under FedRAMP High, which lives in this same repo.
