About

I'm a Technical Program Manager on Google's Applied AI & Engineering team, based out of Reston, Virginia. That's the résumé version — this page is more about the rest of it. For the job history and skills breakdown, my résumé has you covered; here's more of who I actually am.

What I'm into right now

My biggest obsession lately is agentic memory systems — specifically how to optimize and steer AI agents through long-running tasks so they can proactively and effectively complete work I'd otherwise have to do by hand. Concretely, that means building what I call my "AI TPgM Brain": an agent that spawns subagents to automatically pull in meeting notes, Gmail messages, Google Chat threads, JIRA tickets, and code commits straight from the repo, stitching it all into one continuously updated brain of a project. It then interweaves that context by running mass inference and RAG, paired with semantic search, to relate every piece of data to every other piece in the background — a work item in a ticket, related to a series of chat messages, related to a code commit — for a much richer relational picture of how everything connects. It proactively suggests updates and takes actions across all of those mediums on my behalf, eliminating data silos and surfacing real-time technical status instead of me piecing it together by hand. Given enough rich context — pulled in by a data scraper running as an automated cron job on my machine — it can even make code commits directly. More broadly, I'm all-in on AI and anything involving automation. Google Cloud Platform is actually what got me hooked in the first place, deep enough that it eventually led me to Google itself.

Off the clock

I rock climb about five times a week — it's the thing I structure the rest of my week around. I'm also a hiker: I grew up in Orlando, Florida and worked through a bunch of the hikes around there, and more recently climbed Mount Rainier out in Washington with some friends. Beyond that, I'm a big fan of KBBQ and meeting new people all the time — I genuinely appreciate any conversation with somebody, as everyone offers a new perspective and has a unique experience to offer. I drink two Monster Energys a day.

Currently down a rabbit hole on

I like learning almost anything and everything, and right now that's pulling me toward a pretty specific cluster of topics: how the brain actually works — emotional and physical responses, BDNF — alongside computational neuroscience, pharmacology and bio-hacking through supplementation, and the more social side of things, like the ideas in How to Win Friends and Influence People.
